Diamond Lake is a 98 acre impoundment. The lake has one concrete boat ramp, elevan fishing jetties and limited lake side camping area. The campground is maintained by the Poweshiek County Conservation Board (515-623-3191).
Each year a number a quality size bass (+5 pounds) are caught. Bluegill, crappie and channel catfish are the most frequent fish caught. Redear sunfish, bullhead and northern pike add to the angler's creel.
