The 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home at Sebec Lake is located at the end of
the road.  No one can build beyond this, and we own the lot before this
cottage.  Thus we are extremely secluded.  There is 130' of lake frontage on
quiet Tim's Cove.  The 30 x 30 two and a half story seasonal home was custom
built on its one acre (plus or minus) lot in 1988.  It has a forced hot air
oil heating system (250 gallon oil tank) an artisan well and 750 gallon
septic tank.  There is an installed alarm system, and a satellite dish.  The
automatic antifreeze system makes for quick and easy winterizing, as well as
allowing for winter weekend visits with hot and cold running water.

The daylight basement has a 36 x 10 deck across the front looking over the
lake.  Here there is a living room, two bedrooms, a bath with shower and
laundry room.  The washer and dryer will go with the house, as well as some
of the furniture in the home.

The second floor has a wrap around deck on three sides.  The East side
measures 34 x 4.  The North Side measures 30 x 4.  The front (South side) is
40 x 10 with a 12 x 12 conversation dining area bumped out from the rest of
the deck overlooking the lake.  A perfect place for deck furniture!  The home
faces South and boasts windows from floor to cathedral ceiling.  This floor
has a  beautiful custom built fieldstone fireplace in the center with living
area and dining area separated only by furniture placement.  There is a
modern kitchen complete with dishwasher.  There is one bedroom off the living
area and a bathroom with a shower off the kitchen.

The stairs to the loft, and the loft itself are open.  The loft has the
master bedroom with skylight, catwalk area with storage closets under the
eaves, and a full bath.

The house has linoleum in the kitchen and baths, wall to wall carpet in all
the bedrooms and the first floor living room.  There is urethaned hardwood
flooring in the dining/living area on the second floor.  All the toilet
fixtures are new as of 2000, and the daylight basement shower was installed
that Fall.

Sebec Lake is 13 miles long.  It is Spring fed, deep and extremely clean.  We
can usually see to the bottom off our dock, even at 30 feet.  There is a
wooden walkway from the house to the shore.  A small deck right at the bank
of the lake, sits above a stairway to the dock.  The floating 12 x 12 dock
will be sold with the house, and with the help of a come-a-long can be
brought up out of the water fairly easily in the Fall.

We are 10 miles from the Town of Dover-Foxcroft, 60 miles to Bangor.
