The entrance to Cedar Cove Estates is Cullman County Road 309, a new, paved road entering into the subdivision. Lot 172 begins at this road just beyond that curve ahead. It is approximately 75' wide at the road and extends toward the wooded area almost 200' across the grass before entering the cleared wooded area.

The hillside is almost the exact angle to have steps going straight down the hill at a normal pitch and not be too steep and is not too shallow that you'd have to go back and forth.
