The entrance to Cedar Cove Estates is Cullman County Road 309, a new, paved road entering into the subdivision. Lot 172 begins at this road just beyond that curve ahead. It is approximately 75' wide at the road and extends toward the wooded area almost 200' across the grass before entering the cleared wooded area.

Ryan Creek Marina / Big Bridge is approximately 1/4-1/2 mile in the direction we are looking. As you can see, the hillside is steep but not too steep that you can not climb it. The hillside is almost the exact angle to have steps going straight down the hill at a normal pitch and not be too steep and is not too shallow that you'd have to go back and forth.

This is a 1.15 acre lot located in the subdivision of Cedar Cove Estates, just off CR222 in Crane Hill - not far from Country Mall and Ryan Creek Marina (see attached photos/maps)

Follow CR222 to CR330. Per the map, follow CR330 a short distance to where it makes a 90 degree turn. There is the entrance to Cedar Cove Estates (CR 309). The entrance road is paved County Road that only goes into the subdivision.

The lot is to the right off of the street as you decend to the paved cove at the end of the road.

The property is approximately 74' wide at the road and all the way into the acreage to the crest of the hill. The property is very flat all the way to the crest of the hill.

There is approximately 200' of grass between the property entrance at the road to the treeline.

There is approximately 270' of cleared wooded area between the treeline and the crest of the hill.

The property slightly bends to the left and is approximately 85' across at the crest of the hill.

There is approximately 145' of cleared wooded area between the crest of the hill down to the shoreline. The lot widens to 100' of shoreline at the bottom of the hill.

The view of Pigeon Roost Creek from the crest of the hill is beautiful.

Ryan Creek Marina is approximately 1/4-1/2 mile down lake (to the right looking at the lake) from this property.
