Spotlight Agent/Company ads appear in the right side column as visitors search for lake properties on Lakehouse.com. They are targeted to appear on the specific lake page for which the ad was purchased. On Lakehouse.com, there are over 4,000 specific lake pages where advertisers can target their Spotlight Agent/Company ads.

How do the Spotlight Agent/Company ads work?
On each of our webpages, there are spotlight ads that rotate evenly in their display. One ad displays at a time. Any one customer can purchase up to two of these targeted ads per lake. Each ad represents a share of the market for advertising on that specific lake page. It important to acquire one of these ads as soon as possible, before they are sold out. They are limited.

What is included in a Spotlight Agent/Company ad?
These ads include:

one photo
title (short business description)
your name
company name
your address
your phone number
link to your current property ads on Lakehouse.com (a custom page displaying a short description of your listings only)

Will a different Spotlight Agent/Company ad appear every time a user refreshes a page?
Not necessarily. Due to the multiple visitors that could be searching on a particular page at any one time, it is not guaranteed that a different ad will appear every time a user refreshes a page.

On which pages of Lakehouse.com will the Spotlight Agent/Company ad appear?
The Spotlight Agent/Company ads appear on every page on our website. If there is no matching spotlight ad for the lake or state being viewed, a random spotlight ad will display.

How is the pricing structured for the Spotlight Agent/Company ad?
Spotlight ads are only available when purchased with our Annual Memberships/multi-ad packages, starting with the Bronze package (1-10-ads). Please see our Advertising Rates page for prices or call (toll-free) 888-933-LAKE(5253).

How does someone check how many Spotlight Agent/Company ads are available on a particular lake page?
A Lakehouse.com sales representative can provide specific information on the available inventory of Spotlight Agent/Company ads for a specific lake page. However, because there are limited spots available for any one lake page, there is no guarantee that there will be enough (or any) inventory to accommodate the preference of a customer. If we do not have a lake spotlight available, we can give you a state spotlight ad that will display on the state page and when your ads are viewed in full. This prevents a competitor's spotlight ad from displaying alongside your ads.

Can a customer purchase multiple Spotlight Agent/Company ads for a specific lake page?
Yes, a customer can purchase (given inventory availability) additional Spotlight Agent/Company ads for $250 each. However, no one customer can purchase more than 2 ads for a specific lake page.

Can a customer purchase Spotlight Agent/Company ads on multiple lake pages?
A customer can purchase Spotlight Agent/Company ads on as many different lake pages as they desire for $250 each.

How does a customer purchase these ads?
A customer can purchase a Spotlight Agent/Company ad by purchasing one of our Annual Memberships/multi-ad packages, starting with our Bronze package (1-10 ads) from our Advertising Rates page or by speaking with a Lakehouse.com sales representative (toll free) 888-933-LAKE(5253) or sending an email. A Lakehouse.com sales representative will work with the customer to determine the appropriate lake page for that customer and then collect the necessary information to submit the order and reserve that customer's Spotlight Agent/Company ad(s). At this time, we are only offering Spotlight ads to real estate brokers, developers, agents and realtors who have at least one active property ad on Lakehouse.com and has purchased a multi-ad package of 10 or more ads.

How long after the purchase of a Spotlight Agent/Company ad will it appear on Lakehouse.com?
Spotlight Agent/Company ads will usually appear on Lakehouse.com within 1-2 business days.
