Several trees were cut last year on the Corps property with permission of the COE and the ranger will want a new owner to plant a few new trees to fill in the open areas. - There is an extensive list of trees you can pick from on the Corps website. - There isn't an improved walkway to the boat dock but you can add one as long as you request and obtain a permit from the Corps of Engineers. -
*There are three boat landings nearby which makes it super convenient to put your boat in and out when needed.
