Rocky Fork Lake is a 100 acre lake 50-60' deep with great fishing, swimming and boating. There is a motor limit of 75HP for your boat. We have a common area with a sandy beach, toilets,
and a shelter. A boat house and dock are allowed on this lake.
Lots around Rocky Fork Lake are almost all lakefront and there are approx. 110 homes. All lots have been built on.
This is a private lake with an association and annual dues of $900/yr. This money is used for stocking lake
with fish, algae control, maintaining the roads and common ground as well as weekly garbage pick up.
This lake is beautiful all year round, even in the winter. A small country church some of the residents like to attend is about 10 min away where they sing the olde hymns and believe the Bible is the inerrant word of God.
Rocky Fork Lake is a very quiet area, even some of the local folks don't know it is there; perhaps because it is set off from the road and is nestled in a woods. Raccoon Lake (Cecil M Harden) is 10 min north - it is a public lake of 2,000 acres.
Shopping is done mainly in Greencastle; some also shop in Rockville and Brazil.
