STOP: Look closely at all those other properties advertised as "waterfront." Being football fields away and high on a bluff does not count as "waterfront." You might as well stay home and drive to the water if you ask me. The looseness of how they define "waterfront" is troubling. It is a tradeoff, but if you want a more refined solid home, you live in one! Our place is a cabin CLOSE TO THE WATER.

Property that does not require steps to the water (great lot). Dock is right in front of cabin. A family can be grilling while watching and yelling for the kids playing on the dock that it is "time to eat." The boat launch is also just 200 yards away.

Sleeps 6 if you use the pullout couch. (*****If you are interested in renting, let us know. We offer it Monday - Thursday (3 nights) for $350 in total and weekends are $450 in total. You're welcome to use the canoe and kayaks as well (dock not for rent during your stay).

Place was given to us a few years ago. It should be priced as the most affordable vacation retreat directly on the water, with the dock system in front, concrete driveway, super large deck + a screened in porch overlooking the water and deck. There is even with a STRONG rental history, which can be viewed in-person at our home in Bowling Green only. We are open to offers, and do not believe the place is worth this much; however, we were getting too many flippers making us low offers.

If you are want to buy a secondary waterfront home, and want to know you are actually on the water, this could be the place for you. You can throw a baseball and hit the dock due to proximity and an unobstructed view.
