Summer is magical here: bonfires by the water, waving to boaters, spotting loons and mergansers. We've even seen chicks leap from their nest! Just steps from your door, you'll find a dock where you can enjoy your coffee and step right onto your boat.

Beech Hill Pond boasts crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and fishing--with salmon, trout, and bass to catch. Kids will love playing in the sand and laughing as sunfish nibble at their toes.

We live here year-round and winter is just as enchanting. The drive in becomes a snowy wonderland, and once the pond freezes, enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing. Bald eagles soar overhead, and minks roam the shore.

Inside, there are two bedrooms upstairs: one with two queen beds and a half bath; the other with a king bed and views of the stars and pond. The main floor features an open kitchen/living area with granite countertops, tile floors, brick and pine walls, a full bathroom, and a spare room for guests or a home office.
