The $25 package is a one-time posting to our social media accounts. The other packages, with Google ads, have a duration of 7-28 days.
Purchasing additional blasts for the same ad will not include an additional YouTube video. Instead, an extra $10 will be allocated to your Google ad budget. We will post again to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
Google ads produce an average of 3-5 leads per week. The longer an ad is running, the "smarter" it gets as it takes some time for Google to determine the best algorithm for it, based on the click thru rates.
Your posts are not guaranteed to go live on the date of purchase. They can take from 2-4 days to be posted, depending on the backlog we have. If you have an immediate need for a posting, such as an Open House coming up, please let us know and we will do our best to get it out there as soon as possible.
After your campaign has completed, you will receive an email with the results (impressions, clicks, leads, etc) and links to the postings.
