The Cross Roads team was started by my mom in 1997 after she moved here from Knoxville, Tennessee to sell real estate and hang out with her grand kids. I joined my mother in 2003, and then my wife Catherine came on board in 2005. Mom passed away in 2008 and that is when Catherine and I took over her business.
As Principal Brokers and owners for Exit Cross Roads Realty, we take our business very personal. We have a strong faith based belief as Christians and feel that we should prove our faith through our actions and not words.
We also believe in treating people as we would want to be treated and that we all work very hard for what we have, so each client deserves our undivided attention and is equally important.
We also take great pride as Tennesseans proving that neighbors take care of neighbors. We have lived on Dale Hollow Lake for 24 years and know the Upper Cumberland area very well. We take pride in listening to our clients and finding that dream property they want.
Many clients are not aware of what it takes to get electricity, water and a road to their land. These costs in some cases can cost just as much as higher priced property that would have it all. I really want everyone to have a good experience when they buy in our area.
