Mike and his wife enjoy all that lake living and the local area has to offer. If not with clients, you will often find Mike and family enjoy boating, skiing, local restaurants & events, and of course, Clemson athletics only 15 minutes away! Mike has been a full-time Real Estate Agent/Broker since 2000 and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Mike is your “numbers guy” and clients like his statistical market prowess, negotiating ability, and the contract creativity he brings to the table. Mike says Buying property is one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make. As your Buyer’s Agent, he understands this, and work with you to find the best property to meet your emotional wants and financial needs. Not only will he help you determine the real value (rather than the “List Price”) of a property, he will assist you in structuring a sales agreement that helps to protect you in the process. Mike is also a top listing agent with a staff and team of professionals who can get you from the first stages of marketing to the final punch list of repairs needed for a successful closing. Mike is able to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your property’s value and marketability. Clients say that Mike listens to their own specific reason for selling their property and understands their expectations, hopes and fears and will devise a plan to maximize their selling objectives.
