Crystal Lakes Estates are two 36 surface acre lakes located along Hwy
15 1/2 way between Los Angeles and Las Vegas in San Bernardino County,
CA. Ski boats, jet skis and wake boats are allowed.
Most properties have boat docks. The closest largest city is 35 miles south,
Victorville. Barstow-Daggett Airport airport is 3 miles away. The lake has an
1800 foot runway and your private airplane parking is on this
property. WE have an Association and monthly dues of $250 which covers
all water fees to the homes, lake liability insurance, maintenance of
the common grounds, water treatment, pumps and roads. Each year we
sample the purity of the water and publish the report for all
residents.There are 30 homes on each lake 1/2 are permanant residents.
This is a great getaway from the metropolis of LA.
