Trices Lake is a 200 acre Spring-fed lake in Cumberland County, VA. It is a privately owned lake for residents use only. Swimming, boating and fishing are permitted. Maximum 7 1/2 horsepower boats only. No jet skis permitted. Waterfront properties are permitted to build docks and there are 2 beaches with boat landings for residents use. Each beach has a sandy beach, dock and designated swimming area, pavilion and picnic facilities, including grills. There is also a community clubhouse for your use and to enjoy neighborhood socials.
The lake offers abundant fishing and wildlife, including, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Yellow (ring) Perch, Brim, Catfish and Pike. You'll see turtles, otters, herons and more!
Located within an hour of Richmond and Charlottesville. Just 10 minutes to the state Forest, and within 30 minutes of Farmville, Goochland and Powhatan County.
