I am by far the top selling agent at Lake Buckhorn...far outselling the nearest competitor. I have been a realtor my entire adult life, 40 YEARS. In 1999 I built a log home on the lakefront of Lake Buckhorn. I love it here at Lake Buckhorn! Not only do I live here, but I have invested in property here because I know it is also a good investment. Even my sister and brother-in-law have a home here now.
I have a very nice Amish-built log home on 2.3 acres with 440 feet of lake frontage on this pristine lake. I was a board member on the Lake Buckhorn Property Owners Association for six years. I served as the Treasurer and represented the Board on the Bloomfield Water Company Board.
Lake Buckhorn is a PRIVATE GATED LAKE COMMUNITY located 1-1/2 hours from Cleveland, Columbus or Akron. It is unique from most other lake communities in that it is densely wooded with a very rolling terrain. THERE IS NOTHING SUBURBANITE ABOUT IT ! It is one of the cleanest lakes in Ohio with great fishing and unlimited horsepower for skiing and other lake activities. The fees are very reasonable at $845/YEAR.
I was a realtor in the Cleveland area for 18 years before I moved to Lake Buckhorn 22 years ago. I have the experience and knowledge to know how different factors, such as location on different parts of the lake, affect the value of lake properties
