Located 15 minutes south west of Crawfordsville this beautiful 150 acre lake is allows all water sports boating
lake and has good fishing. They have a beach and a club house.
It is part of the Conservancy District and water shed. It is spring fed but they also treat for weeds.
They regularly test the water quality.
Lake was dredged in 1998 on the east end. Ice Fishing is permitted. Lake was built in 1963.
You are allowed to burn leaves and have a fire pit.Only property owners are allowed to dock boats and only 2 boats per lot. There are 374 property owners
around the lake with 90% being full time residents.
Roads around the lake are paved.
The clubhouse features activities for residents and this year they had a garden walk in July. A nice place to be for all you who love living
by the water.
