Area = 38 (acres). A medium hard water spring lake having slightly alkaline, light brown water of moderate transparency. The immediate shoreline is predominantly upland (75 percent), of mixed hardwoods, pasture and cleared land with the remaining shoreline wetland of bog, shrub, conifer, hardwood and marsh. The littoral materials consist of muck (50 percent), silt (20 percent), detritus (20 percent) and sand (10 percent). The growth of floating and submergent aquatic vegetation is dense with moderate quantities of the emergent types. Fish species inhabiting the lake include yellow perch and bluegill. Largemouth bass may be present. There is no public access or public frontage. There are no shoreline developments. The outlet flows to the Little Wolf River.
