I served as the Treasurer and represented the Board on the Bloomfield Water Company Board. Lake Buckhorn is a PRIVATE GATED LAKE COMMUNITY located 1-1/2 hours from Cleveland, Columbus or Akron. It is unique from most other lake communities in that it is densely wooded with a very rolling terrain. THERE IS NOTHING SUBURBANITE ABOUT IT ! It is one of the cleanest lakes in Ohio with great fishing and unlimited horsepower for skiing and other lake activities. The fees are very reasonable at $845/YEAR. I was a realtor in the Cleveland area for 18 years before I moved to Lake Buckhorn 22 years ago. I have the experience and knowledge to know how different factors, such as location on different parts of the lake, affect the value of lake properties I have no doubt that when it comes to purchasing a home or lot at Lake Buckhorn, you cannot find a more qualified realtor to help you.
