PERSONAL
Stan grew up in the Park Cities, went to SMU with a BBA & MBA, joined the Marine Corps, went into real estate and moved to the lake in 1989. Karen is from Longview and has extensive experience in real estate and retail. She attended Texas A&M (but her family are all Longhorns, so she loves them too).
